Custom Orders

Allegiance Rugby provides custom rugby jerseys, team apparel, fan gear, and related products. Because our products are made specifically for each club, team, or customer, all orders are considered custom orders.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before approving an order, including product type, design, colors, logos, spelling, names, numbers, sizing, quantities, and shipping information.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request, including product type, quantity, customization needs, and shipping requirements. Pricing may change if order details change. Submitting a quote request does not require you to place an order.

Design Approval

Before production begins, customers may be asked to approve a design proof, mockup, or final order details. Once a design or order is approved, Allegiance Rugby is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved version.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Misspelled names
• Incorrect numbers
• Incorrect logos
• Color choices
• Sponsor placement
• Sizing selections

Colors & Product Appearance

We do our best to represent colors and designs accurately. However, colors may appear differently on screens than they do in person. Minor variations in color, placement, fabric, sizing, or production details may occur and are not considered defects.

Payment

Payment terms will be provided with each quote or invoice. Production may not begin until required payment has been received.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because custom orders are made specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been approved or production has started. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after approval or production.

Returns & Refunds

Because all orders are custom, Allegiance Rugby does not offer returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error caused by Allegiance Rugby or our production partners.

Refunds, replacements, or corrections are not provided for:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Approved spelling or numbering errors
• Approved design details
• Customer color preference after approval
• Delays outside our control
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor production variations

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [7 or 14] days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect may include issues such as damaged seams, incorrect production compared to the approved order, major print errors, or other significant production faults. If a defect is confirmed, Allegiance Rugby may offer a replacement, repair, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Timelines & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as estimates only. We do our best to communicate clearly and meet expected timelines, but delays can happen due to production schedules, shipping carriers, customs, weather, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Allegiance Rugby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party providers.

Customer-Provided Logos & Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, artwork, names, sponsor marks, or other materials submitted to Allegiance Rugby.

By submitting logos or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials and authorize Allegiance Rugby to use them for the purpose of creating designs, mockups, and custom products for your order.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, branding, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Allegiance Rugby unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allegiance Rugby is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.
